You’re Booked.

Here’s what to expect from your 30-minute discovery conversation.

A Conversation, Not a Pitch

This is a focused 30-minute conversation to understand what you’re navigating, whether that’s a technology decision, a scaling challenge, a stalled program, or a gap in senior technology leadership. The goal is to get to the core of the problem quickly, share an honest perspective, and figure out together whether Selva Advisory is the right fit. No slide decks. No sales scripts. Just a direct conversation between two people deciding if there’s a reason to keep talking.

Four things the conversation covers.

Where You Are

A quick picture of your current situation: what’s working, what’s not, and what’s keeping you up at night.

What’s Actually in the Way

Most technology problems are really decision problems, governance problems, or people problems. The conversation gets to the real one.

What Good Looks Like

A candid take on what the path forward could look like, even if the answer is that you don’t need outside help right now.

Whether There’s a Fit

Not every organization is the right fit for Selva Advisory, and not every problem needs this kind of engagement. The conversation is designed to figure that out honestly.

Come Prepared, Not Polished

You don’t need a briefing document or a perfect problem statement. But the more specific you can be about what you’re dealing with, the more useful the conversation will be. If there’s something you’d like me to review ahead of time, a system architecture, a project status, a vendor proposal, a question you’ve been sitting on, reply to your confirmation email with it. I’ll come prepared.

After the Call

If there’s a fit, I’ll follow up within 24 hours with a brief note outlining what I heard, what I’d recommend as a starting point, and what an engagement would look like: scope, timeline, and investment. If there isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you directly and point you somewhere better if I can. Either way, you’ll leave the call with at least one thing you didn’t have before it.

Haven’t Requested a Conversation Yet?

If you landed here without sending a request, take two minutes and tell me what you’re dealing with. Every request is reviewed personally.
